The Tin Man played good drums and could do a mean soft shoe!

Oh yeah, we all knew about the double parts. I don't know if as a kid I knew he played the multiple parts at Emerald City. I might have just thought he was Professor Marvel and the Wizard.

I think that's more accurate for me as well. The guy crying at the gate, when I was a little shaver, I probably thought was another character. But that's a horse of a different color! :)

His solo around 14:00 sounds familiar. It sounds like me when I was 17 and trying to play Jazz with guys that were far outclassing me in talent. But I had an excuse. I was 17. And I was a Rock Pianist, not a Jazz pianist.
When your famous, you can get a seat at the table. Oops, that is getting close to politics. But you wouldn't be watching if he's not who he is.
