It was the perfect walking music. This is also the latest of the 4 albums I have of his, as leader. A very good recording.

My first jazz album was Crusaders1. I have both Images and Scratch but have not played them for a long time:) For me it all started with the Crusaders.

I agree. I don't usually comment with my own ear's opinion like "THIS IS GREAT!" because out taste varies even though we all love the Genre of Jazz. But to me, this album is the quintessential sound of the Parisian Jazz Clubs, especially in the 50s-60s era.

Lots of news coverage here about a snow storm in the Midwest. Hope you guys are OK. Stay home if you can. Enjoy some great Jazz. Light a fire. Relax. Log some couch time.

I'm glad you liked it Gannon. I know it may not be to everyone's taste, but I really like it.

I finally figured out my password for Sirius XM Radio so I can STREAM them from Hawaii. Satellite does not reach Hawaii in your car.

Currently listening to the "American Jazz" show via Sirius XM's Real Jazz channel

Aloha Land! :) 20 degrees C this morning (68 f for our American friends). PERFECT for relaxing without having to turn on the fans.

Those CDs were ordered my friend. The first should be here sometime this week. The second (from England) will be here in about 10 more days. I will keep you posted!
