Who has this album besides me? We have a lot of commonalties here on the metal thread, and we all have stuff that no one else seems to have.

This band only released one album, but they had a good reputation in the magazines as I recall, and they got out on the road and made it to D.C. from their home base of Los Angeles, CA.
Saw them at The Bayou is support of someone, probably Megadeth.
I'd describe their sound as the thrashier side of punk. Agnostic Front with a doofus sense of humor.

Frost has always had a strong following in Quebec. Every time I saw them it was in Quebec.

I recognize the cover though. Don't recall if it was from back in the day or at some record fair over the years. I see it's produced by Joey Vera.

Good eye! And Joey did a Vera good job with the album.
If you ever see it, I will vouch for purchasing it. It's very fun punky thrash with a sense of humor.
