Academically, I was "right behind you" on the way out of high school at the time. Despite the fact that "Spread My Wings," "Attitude," and other tracks by them were played a proverbial 50 times a day, I still liked the tracks then and am quick to turn up the volume to this day.I remember these guys: 1989ish....my senior year(s) in college. Yup.....That was a favorite of mine when driving. Amazing how a song brings back memories!!Academically, I was "right behind you" on the way out of high school at the time. I love the woman and definitely love her music. Key non-radio/video tracks for me: "Steal Away (feat. Pharrell and Malice)," "Where I've Been (feat. Eve)," "Flying Away," "2U," and "Testimony." In the past, some critics have tried to deride he for turning her albums into "therapy sessions." I don't give a shit. The genuine warth and sincere emotion will forever keep me coming back with each ensuing release. This is an all-around excellent pick, v8peters.
