Troubleshooting the TFM-55X

I have determined that I have a real problem with DC Offset in the Left Channel and Right Channel Speaker Terminals.
I cut volume down, powered on the amp, with no sources on and measured +4.995Vdc on L Ch
+9.665Vdc on R Ch
It's obvious the DC Offset is off by a wide margin even the biasing is abnormal.
But it seems if any DC Offset voltage present on the speaker terminals will activate the protection circuits. I know my amp is in protection so what could be causing high DC offset?
The DC offset I learned is not to be any higher than 50mV with 0mV being ideal.
Any DC Offset higher than 500mV usually won't activate the relays since they are normally open, it takes a 24Vdc constant voltage to keep relays locked in to speaker connection.
But my relays should click on one time and click off after power is off.
Just direct me where I should look? Should I go back from the speakers into the amp itself? If anyone knows about Carver TFM-55X and how to fix problems at the output with very high DC offset then please tell me your solution. Thanks.
