After moving my Klipsch KG4.5's into a more appropriate sized room ( converted garage to a den ) I hooked them up to an old Pioneer A/V receiver and a 5 disc CD player into which I loaded and played the following ( loudly ) -

The Feelies - Time for a witness
Alice in Chains - Jar of flies
Jane's Addiction - Ritual de lo habitual
Jefferson Airplane - Crown of creation
Jerry Garcia - Garcia plays Dylan

This evening moving back into the Wreckord room with The Beatles Let it Be...the somewhat recent stereo reissues on Apple records.

The move of the Klipsch to where appropriate volume may be applied and the bass wave set free also allows for a bit more space for say...some records!
It's a win win!

Tom Petty and the Heartbreakers - ST

I have three versions of this album. This morning I am playing my original fist issue I bought back in the day. Very well worn as it was played hundreds of times and survived many a dormitory party (barely). I have not played in over 25 years? Now that I am listening to it I even remember the pops and clicks (and one small skip).

Man, I'm going to miss this guy!

RIP and thanks for the music.
