I am looking at some phono stages to add to my set up. I am considering a Vincent pho-8 or a Music fidelity XL-P to use with a oldchen tube amp and a AR XA turntable I'm have restored. Also, I might one day get a MC cartridge to use with my C33 or if the sound of an external phono stage sound better than the one built into the C33.
After I get the phono stage ill send my C33 and MC2105 to audio Classics for a full tune up.
The 2105 has a low hum and the C33 has a couple of issues with pots that don't react properly, the L-RL switch dies (no sound) when selected and the expander "listen" button dies(no sound at all when pushed in) the record button is all right but useless for listen pleasure.
so that's it just wanted you guys to know
