Upgrading Project Phono SE

I have a Project SE Phono Box and looking at the circuit board it has 10 standard electrolytic capacitors on it.These are 4x47uf 35v,4x100uf 25v and 2x470uf 25v.I am considering upgrading these with Black Gate capacitors all with the same uf values but raising all the voltage values to 50v.Will this work and what are any problems I might encounter here?

Should work fine. Is that a tube preamp? Will be interesting to hear from you what you hear from it after the upgrade. It took a couple of weeks of play for the phono stage in my CA-2010 to come into its own after a BG upgrade. But it was very, very excellent after that. Can't wait to get my CX-1 upgraded to BGs.

No it is a solid-state preamp.

Make sure they fit. Going up to 50v won't hurt anything, but doesn't really add any benefits either. 50v caps might also be hard to fit and more expensive.
