I understand that link now .... if you all aren't aware (and I certainly wasn't) Dave has had some hugely significant health issues over the last 6 months (abdominal aortic aneurysm, severe infection, dialysis, etc.). In fact he's just come out of hospital finally on 4th April. He and his wife are faced with renovating the existing home or moving. There's a 'go fund me' site set up.
