Do not know how I missed posting her. I learned to drive on a 1961 Plymouth Fury with the 318 Poly engine and the push button Torqueflite tansmission. Sure was fun to parallel parking to pass my driving exam. Always been a Mopar guy.
Anyway, here is my current Mopar stable:
1967 Charger

1974 Charger

2001 Ram 2500

2005 Magnum RT

I owned a 64 Polara with that setup.

Man that orange Challenger posted earlier looks FINE. I'd take a '70 Challenger ragtop over any Ferrari or Lamborghini any day.

My father-in-law has a 1968 Dart 2-door with a 340 in his garage just sitting there, apparently it is promised to my brother-in-law. I plan to snag that one if I can ever get him to let go of it.

The only car I have ever owned that I regretted selling. This 1972 Satellite Sebring Plus was my high school and college car. I get out of college, get a job and all the sudden I'm thinking I can have a new car. What was I thinking?

 great shot of a rare and sweet looking car

Dang! That '67 Charger is sweet!!

Not the greatest of all pics, but heres me and my '53 plymouth cranbrook 2dr sedan circa 2,000-2001.

Mopars

Here's my Wife's two Mopars (I own two vintage GM's, but love all the old cars at this point):

1. Her '69 Charger R/T SE: warmed up 440, 727 auto, 3.23 SureGrip. Her pride & joy. With the headers & Cherry BombTurbos, this is by far the best Sounding car we've ever had.
2. Her '71 Duster-340 clone. We're in the process of installing a 360 crate motor/Tremec 5 speed.

I love all the pics and memories that they bring! They're ALL beautiful, guys. Keep 'em coming!

My first REAL car... I bought a mint, used, '72 Dodge Demon with a 340 in the early '80s and drove it into the ground over a period of about 4 years. If I had been older, wiser (and richer), I would've taken much better care of it and held onto it. Although young and dumb, I was not entirely to blame... Michigan winters can kill cars quickly. :tears:

My parents had a Fury III that I was allowed to borrow now and then when I fisrt got my license. That was a fun car too.

I also had a '69 Challenger R/T later on which was pieced together from multiple Challenger parts from various years. It had the 383, but was not in the condition you see of other's posted here. Nonetheless, it provided me with reliable transportation for quite a few years, and it was fun to drive.

I always drooled over the Hemi 'Cuda (and still do.)

I was thinking about buying the new Challenger when it was announced, but couldn't wait for its release and settled on a GP-GXP (sorry guys!)

The only Mopar in my household now is an all original '38 Chrysler Royal, and it isn't going anywhere soon (other than the occasional trip to and around town during the summer.)

Here's our Mopars:

1938 Plymouth Coupe

This one is rough but it does run. Has the 201 cubic inch "L-head" six.

1961 Dodge Pioneer

This is in need of mechanical and cosmetic restoration. Has a 361ci V8.

1962 Dodge Custom 880

A remarkably clean "survivor" with just 42,000 original miles. It has the rare
optional 413 cubic inch V8 engine w/ a single 4bbl (Carter) carb. Wish it
came with the 2 4bbl cross-ram option, but it's still a pretty ballsy package
for an early 1960s "family" sedan. The guy that originally ordered this must
have loved torque. (there are no outward indications that it was ever
assigned to boat or trailer towing duty)

1963 Chrysler 300

My uncle's car bought new in 1963, mine since 2005. All original convertible
with the 413 cube, single 4bbl carb.

1964 Dodge Polara

Another one from my uncle's collection, now mine. This is an original
lightweight coupe, it has an original 426 ci "max wedge" V8 and cross-ram
with two 4bbl carbs.

I love that 38 , man thats a cool looking ride . They are all nice tho, thankks for the pics

A Few Photos for the Sweptline Enthusiasts

Thought I'd put up some pics of some of
my Sweptlines.....

The beige Sweptline is a '65 W200 Power Wagon
with an A318/NP435/NP201 drive line. Axles are
D44/D60 with 4.10s. This one has the Utiline
box

The green Sweptline is a '61 D200 [first year
of the Sweptline] "Dart" Utiline with an A318
and NP420 drive line. Axle ratio is 4.10.

The red/white Sweptline is an early '65 4-eye
with an LA318[transplant]/NP435 drive line. I
put a 2.94 chunk in the 8.75 axle for a bit of
mileage. This has the early wide Sweptline box.

Nice collection there 65W200! That Power Wagon is extra sweet. Their all great though. Thanks for sharing.

Wait..... There's More....

The pale yellow Sweptline is a '68 W200
Power Wagon with an LA318/NP435/NP201
[201 is a twin stick t-case]. This one runs
on D44/D60 Axles with 4.88 gears. The winch
is a Braden LU-2 run by a Braden FTD-7 ten
bolt PTO mounted to the t-case.

My '67 R/T is awaiting a .030 over 440. We
should have it together and on the dyno this
Spring. This R/T has the 727 console shift
and is running a 3.55 Sure-Grip.

The white LifeStyle truck is my '92 W250
Power Ram with the LA360TBFI/NP540/NP203
with D44/D60 axles and a 4.10 ratio. The
axles are sure-grips. Its sitting on LT285/75/16s
and has a Rough Country 4" Suspension lift
[springs..... not body blocks].

I've got three more Sweptlines in various
stages of completion.....

And yes..... plenty of vintage stereo gear for
the house.... shop and garage....:music:

Good to see all you fellow MoPar folk's cars &
trucks!
John
