Weekend Movie Plans - Ghostbusters & LOTRTTT

What's your weekend movie plans? Around the JD ht, I just bought a copy of the original Ghostbusters for my kids to watch. They've never seen it. I bought it on a whim, but like all Bill Murray movies, I can't wait to see it after all these years.

Also going to watch the Two Towers. I bought it the day it came out last month, but haven't even taken the cover off of it yet.

Also going to watch the UT/UF and GA/LSU games on TV.

I am waiting for the extended version of LOTR Two towers to come out before I buy I saw it 3 times in the theater tho and rented it when it first came out

My movie are a bit strange this weekend, actually week since I am on vacation

Hey Thor - Anyone ever tell you that you spend way to much time in front of a TV or Movie Screen???

It's no wonder you are the way you are.

Don't waste your time with Freddy vs. Jason...one of the worst movies I've seen all year.

The fight scenes are merely OK and the rest of the movie is just plain bad!

Moonie you spend the coin I did on my HT and you would make a point to sit in front of it a lot too I am sure guys spending mega coinage on the TT's do a lot of record listening.

Actually there are few things that make me happier than watching a movie, I still get goosebumps when the lights go off in the movie theater I think my ultimate perfect job would be a movie critic, get paid to watch movies, free movies at that, how sweet would that be I did actually write a movie review column in the school paper in both colleges I attended

D-Zyne I know it won't be that good but I will pay a dollar to see it at the dollar theater, just to pay homage to all the great movies Freddy and Jason made once upon a time

It's worth a dollar....unfortunately I live in NYC and got suckered into shellin' out $9.50!

Thus my bitterness......

My kids loved Ghostbuster. I'd forgotten just what a damn fine movie it is.

If you haven't seen it in a while, I recommend it.

Never found time for LOTRTTT. Maybe this weekend.
