I may be able toelp you with that endeavor. Can you PM (private message) me with the internal dimensions of the W70's you have. I have a plethora of data on speakers and with the aforementioned dimensions, I may be able to find suitable replacements.
I'll also need the numbers written on the backs of the cones of the 12 inch units. This usually shows the fundamental resonance of the driver. Also, if it's possible to measure the dc resistance of either voice coil, please do so although I may be able to find that info myself or perhaps someone here knows.
I assume the woofers are damaged and that they have a half roll surround (annulus). I have several 12 inch Wharfedale speakers so bolt hole patterns and baffle hole size are not difficult to determine. Worst case scenario, an adapter can be made.
