Not the screwdriver, mind you, but that I`m having any Alcohol after dinner..

Trying to curtail the calories consumption in the sedentary evening, as my 37 years of retirement allows it to be all too easy to raid the pretty well stocked & maintained liquor cabinet frequently every night(up to (10) 8 oz. glass(6 oz. of tonic & 2 oz. of Tangureray) G &T`s), like from 1998 until very early this year !!(no wife or children, or responsibilities to thwart abusive levels, if so self unchecked !!)

No heath issue reasons noticed, I just didn`t like the waist line, and weight slowly increasing over time !!

Whoops !!, Time for a refill, and the hourly nicotine fix Winston smoke in the ventilated car garage..
