This is really nice I will not go into the line up but will mention it was done in 1969 oh what a year that was anyhow got to say Cornell Dupree on Rhythm Guitar damn and produced by King Curtis. Nuff said very nice to my ears. Now it feels like a Sat Mornin Blues Jam.Saturday morning,,,,,, See where this takes me for starters.

Rodrigues? He was hilarious. Check here.I agree. Julian was a good read. Sound & Vision is terrible. Actually, Stereophile started going down hill when their cartoonist, I think his name was Michael Mendez or something like that, passed away. He always had funny cartoons about audio and audiophiles.
Edit: I think his name was Melendez-Bill or Mike.
Yes, that's the name! He had some great stuff! Thanks! ( I admit I was too lazy to look it up).Rodrigues? He was hilarious. Check here.

Trivia: what was the first heavy metal song to make the charts?
I'm guessing INNA GADDA DA VITA by Iron Butterfly.
Magic Carpet Ride - Steppenwolf (if we are going back further than the MTV era). That's my guess.I'm guessing INNA GADDA LA VITA by Iron Butterfly.
Not MTV. The Billboard music charts.I'll bite. I am sure there must have been an earlier song but I'll guess it was Cum On Feel The Noize by Quiet Riot. I am assuming you mean MTV video or Top 40?
Thanks Mac, I just sprayed tea all over my keyboard!
