Thanks Blitz, trying to be rid of some gear and clean up the space. I realized I don’t need gear all over if I’m not using it... the Sansui will be added to the shelf when it’s back from repair but nothing more.

I’ll use the Sansui and the Pioneer, and unless I find anything better for a good deal, I’m out of the collecting game for now. Not dealing with another storage unit... so for now, when I get the urg to buy audio I’m going to just buy albums. Nothing like speaker or amps anymore... for now. :( really annoys me too... that means less projects... I love me a good speaker build :)

I’ve been watching your posts and realized something... your shits clean as all get out... it’s simple and beautiful. Than I realized I don’t need to keep all my gear out... so the amps all went to storage... (that’s how I found it was broken into). They are in a new unit there. They will be out tomorrow. We cleared the hall closet for them.

The speakers are now all in the closet behind the system. It’s a bitch to get to the 26s.

I do need to add backs to my albums shelves.

This is one of my favorite albums.

    Ray Charles - Crying Time

The copy I snagged is in good cond, the sound SQ is pretty good. I remember listening to “Let’s go get Stoned” for the 1st time. I loved it.

    I don’t play this enough.

Congratulations John! If you demonstrate even just 1/4th of the diligence and commitment to perfection at your work that you do with your audio projects, I can certainly understand why you just received a nice raise.
New audio gear and raise too boot!

So far just a slight dusting but supposed to be 2 to 3 inches, which is somewhat odd for Easter Island, LOL ;)

It puts the lotion on its skin, or it gets the hose again!!

    Freddie "K.O." Hubbard.

    But it says "FRENK," though...

Good evening all. Just popped in to say "hey." Hey.

Tonight I heard Bob Marley's "Survival," Trinity's "African Revolution," and then a 70's Roots mix on YT.

Time to call it a night soon. It looks like no snake incursion. Sweet!

    Good Night All.

I didn't know it was Progressive rock at the time , but I know I liked it and pop music would never be the same for me .

I have a special love for Keith Green, I’ve loved this album since as far back as I can remember. My mom had it when I was young. I found this copy at a Savers thirift store and couldn’t believe it. The cover is in pretty good cond, the LP is in great cond. I was so happy to find it just digging in a junk pile of albums. I instantly recognized it and showed my gal who was like “yea... so...” lol meanwhile I’m on cloud 9 frantically texting my mom pictures lol I’ve got all his albums now on LP/CD, but never found them in the wild. That’s the only album I have ever found of an artist that was special to me in the wild. All others I’ve always had to look online or in stores for them. I considered that one of my all time best audio finds. :) not worth much $$ just connected to the hunt in a different way that day. Lol I’m sure you all have stumbled on an album it two by mistake? :)
