Hit an interesting item at a tag sale today. My living room is still a mess, but I took a big step towards squaring it up. I bought a bell'oggetti audio stand. Thing is heavy as all get out. Took me like three hours to work it into place, but it's there. I don't know what these things cost, but when the lady said twenty bucks I jumped. I hope to heck the wife likes it. I don't want to move it again in this lifetime. I threw a quickie mismatched system into it. Right now I'm listening to Dire Straits. I suppose nice racks don't actually improve SQ, but you can't prove it by me. Sounds great...better than I expected. Probably psychological.

Are those speakers with the lattice grills Realistic Nova 7bs? They sure look like it. Those were my first pair of "real" speakers!

Are those speakers with the lattice grills Realistic Nova 7bs? They sure look like it. Those were my first pair of "real" speakers!

They do look very similar, but these are pioneer cs99a's.

I'm now listening to Neil Young Decade. Should take a while.
