What brand/model is this?

    Hi! This (see pics) belonged to a friend's grandfather. We're trying to find something out about it. Brand etc. There are no brand markings or model numbers to be found. Any ideas on what this might be?

    Aa 100 not a 151 as the 151 doesn't have the light bezel.

    AA100 for sure, as those are 7591 tubes. The reason you can't identify it is that the metal strip on the front below is a (creative) DIY repacement. That is where the Heatkit badge and model number would have been.

    If you want to get it working well, there is a long thread on AK about it.

    Actually dandy that is not a diy replacement.the brown leatherette trim piece goes over the top of it.:smoke:

    Welcome, BigBob. This integrated amp would definitely be worth someones time and effort to put back in working order. IMHO should be a nice sounding amp.

    Thanks for the information radioactive. :). I have an AA50, with quite a different faceplate and cover. Both models are rare over here.

    BigBob, I hope your friend decides to get it working. S/he will need to be careful with the old printed circuit boards when replacing the capacitors and resistors. Many will need to be replaced with new components.
