What Do You Like On Your Baked Potato?

As for me, Fully Loaded(you know : "A BYPASS, or STINT ATER EVERY BITE" !! Plenty of whipped butter, sour cream, fine shredded Sharp Cheddar cheese & real crumbled bacon bits !!
Of course Sea Salt & Fresh ground pepper, Chives.

Crispy Skin is desired, but not a deal breaker, as nothing will be left on the plate afterwards, either way.
 
We make "Mickey's", pierce the tater with a fork, slather on olive oil, kosher salt and fresh ground pepper, wrap in foil and chuck it on the grill. Rotate every 15 minutes or so depending on your grill. Should be done in 45-60 minutes based on your cooking temp, the size of the potato, etc.
Open, drop in the butter and chives & enjoy. If you are a charred jacket fan, this is the spud for you!

I hope not all at the same time. Doesn't seem like all that would jive together. That onion dressing is great stuff though.
 
Cooked a beef roast on the grill yesterday and had the baked potatoes swimming in butter, beef gravy and salt & pepper, delicious! :)
