What model of Luxman Integrated amp would you recommend?

I recently bought a Luxman L-430 and it sounded nice and sweet to me, but still not all there yet, so I did a little digging and the more I dig the more I get confused. I think it's the fact that Luxman made a lot of models, just like Sansui. I am only going to ask the ones that are available to me. Luxman L-550, L-510, L525, and L48X. Out the these four, what would you recommend?

The L-11 is said to be very hard to work on but the LSS is one step below the great LRS. Lab Standard/Reference Series respectively The L-10 is a sweet low profile LSS 55 watter and the LRS 5L15 @ 80wpc is The integrated to have, just change the DMLs if it hasn't been done.

Now on point I would need to look up those models but the 48x should be pretty close to the L-480 which is decent one gen removed from the earlier gear. One aker with the 480 and 580 says the 480 isn't as good. But that happens.

If I get some research done I will learn about these 500 series units but my choices for ia from Lux are earlier units or way later units. The newer stuff is nice.

The L-550x is a Class A amp to about 50wpc, the L-510 is a 100 wpc amp so if power is a concern...But the Class A should sound better. It was originally the most expensive of the amps you have listed. That would be the one I would want to try, the L-550x.

This set just pop up for sale, any opinion?

50th anniversary set. Good stuff. Probably needs caps by now. I know my C1000 needed a recap. My T-110s are out for alignment as one was better than the other. But the tuner is one of Luxman's better efforts. The amps look great and the 2000 is 120 a side. Big meters with LEDs across the bottom. Best of both worlds of power monitoring.

I have the C1000 preamp, almost identical. Phono 2 and the straight-through line stage sound fantastic. Phono 1 sounds good but is rather dark, indicating that it would benefit from a re-cap, I'm assuming. My L110 tuner was damaged in shipping, but worked, for awhile. I never had the power amp, but have heard good things about them. But, those aren't an integrated, are they? If you run across a reasonably-priced used L-505u in good shape, jump on it.

L-11 100wpc and part of their laboratory series. The best build Lux Ive owned and ive had many...

L-11 is really excellent. That amp was like $1000 in 1979. Extremely nice integrated.

I also really really like the L-5 and that amp sells for peanuts. it has the RCA jacks on the bottom which is an insane idea. Super PITA.

The L-5 is more rich and juicy than the L-11. I play it alongside super high end 300B tube amps and such. People often can't believe it is a solid state amp.

I can't decide which I like better. Both really. And aside from a Class D amp on my TV, these are the only transistor amps In the house.

Heads up on TVK the M-2000 specs show 180wpc which is incorrect.
As Blue noted it is indeed 120 wpc.
M-2000 is 120 wpc
M-4000 is 180
M-4000a is 180, mos-fet or so I have read and has no service manual seen, yet.
M-6000 is 300 is wider than the preamp and tuner so the stack wouldn't look the same.

The M-1500 looks different and matches earlier gear and is 75 wpc.
And since I'm always trying to learn more, I see there is an M-1600 at 80 a side that matches the 1500. News to me.
