As Mick Dundee would say, "Now THAT`S a speaker !!!"
I`m sure they sound as magnificent as they look....

These ain`t half bad either....I think that with proper amplification, they would probably lift you right out of your seat....

Do those have the 30" woofers?

I just have to imagine the sound of a double bass being reproduced on a pair of 30" woofers has to be as close to reality as you can possibly get without the actual instrument being right there in the room with you.

They are also corner loaded. Stand up bass is incredible.

I would go for a pair of Sonus Faber Extrema's (first version)

    STUNNING!
Ok, we NEED a video of those in action and post in the video thread.
Not many of us will ever get the opportunity to hear a set of those!

If money were no object - if I'd hit that 700-million-dollar Powerball - then I'd buy a much bigger home, with multiple large listening rooms. One for horns, one for electrostatic speakers, one for other planars, one for OB, and one for miscellaneous others.

"James, have the Avantgarde Trios set up today, please. Oh, and the Apogee Divas, too."

Khorns would remain available for occasional rotation into the horn room. Strong young women in bikinis would do the transducer moving and placement... mind drifting into a sudden fantasy... maybe just a Bose Wave and more girls would be best...

    I changed my mind.
When I was young I went to parties where they had massive stacks of these. It was great.

Any of the Technics T-x00 series, like the T-500. They just look so cool.
