First LP was meet the Beatles.

First 45 was Crimison and clover. Dad that I broke the record player at the end of it. Also around that time was the 45s on the back of ceral boxes! remember those?

First 8 track. The Doors , Absolutly live.

Do not remember the first CD but it sounded like crap.

Remember the first Pioneer underdash 8-tracks and cassettes?
The old peanut butter candy bars would slide right in and lock down! Guess my girlfriend took too much acid that night.....

1st LP: "Got Live, If you Want It" Rolling Stones. Mono!

1st 45: Don't remember; could be something like "Wooly Bully" by Sam the Sham and the Pharoahs. Interesting note; years later in Detroit I worked with a guy who claimed his Dad played on the record; even said he had a gold platter at home. Small world???

1st Cassette: The one by John MacGlaughlin and Carlos Santana with them both in white suits, because it was Dolby encoded. I usually taped my cassettes, so didn't buy many.

1st 8 track: Don't remember. Used shortly in the car and went cassette. Probably something like Deep Purple "Machine Head"

1st CD Something by Heart, with a mainly red cover. There weren't many CDs out in 1984 when I bought the player, so I grabbed the best one I could find.

Sorry I don't recall more, but hey it was the 60s' and you what they say...

"If you can remember them, you weren't there"
