What's The Best Budget DSD DAC These Days?

    I not only realized I accidentally posted this to the section above the one I should have (DAC). I found out the problem exists in the PC and not the external hardware.

    Sorry. It's been a long rough day trying to figure out why my sound was all distorted and out of sync.

    Depends on your preferences. For me I like the AKM based DAC's as they combine the natural sound of a Philips TDA1543 and detail of ESS Sabre.

    My current budget choice is the S.M.S.L Sanskrit PRO-B. Cheaper than the M8 and better sounding. I usually run a Boyuu Reisong 1:2 SUT after the DAC as that sounds more transparent and natural to me
