Where can I download Safari 11.1.2 ?

My Mac picked up Safari 12.0.1 and it's a PITA. I think I know a way to downgrade it to 11.1.2 without a full disc restoration but I need to pull the download from somewhere. I can't seem to find anywhere that looks safe.
