Wrinkled emits/semits

The emits & semits in my RS9K’s are noticeably wrinkled to the eye, and the diaphragms seem to move about a fair bit during loud playing.

Is this normal?

wrinkled diaphragms are common and generally nothing to worry about.

if you can see the SEMIT diaphragm actually moving, that would be surprising, considering the frequencies it plays.
