Write a Limerick

There were many new entries to be read
with lots of humorous things being said.
It's nice to start off the day
in such a comical way
with the rhymes dancing around in my head.

It's not the way you were taught.

Weren't you just flicking at me?
Some hardened nasal-debris?

There are many albums stored on my racks,
my dear wife says that I've now reached the max.
But I go to the thrift store
where I buy several more
and I just hide out behind all the stacks.

I'll make this simply put

Be glad you're not a horse
You'd become glue of course

And your life would be sadly caput

My foot has been taking the weight.
And I have no pain of late.
