I think it's something like "pleasing tones" or ambient music. You know how one can buy a "white noise" machine that just plays sounds of surf or jungle or rain? Over and over so your body and mind relaxes so you can get a good nights sleep?

It's gotta be better than the sounds of traffic or sirens or your neighbours TV. Right?

One of the disadvantages of living in a big city, I guess....
