Yamaha CA-1010 - mystery issue

Possibly bad solder connections on the underside power supply boards pass transistors.

Sorry, It might seem strange, but I can't figure out how to start a new thread. It's not very clear. Also I'm not going to be working on this Amp. Just trying to figure out what the problem might be.

Had it refreshed and repaired several years ago by a reputable guy in Santa Monica California but haven't used it often since then

From the top of this page..
Click "Yamaha" on the top light blue taskbar.
Then over on the right-hand side, top taskbar click on "post new thread"...
