I may revisit that 28,000uf/16v capacitor and try two 15,000uf/16v caps in parallel.

Changing out each one would be a monumental task.

Ya know what really sucks. Its usually the little capacitors that shit the bed first.. Looks like you have plenty of room for the pair of 15Kµf.

Here's a little video I made a few years back that gives you an idea of the sound synthesis of this keyboard. The rhythm section is completely sequenced - this was the first generation of Electone to have onboard sequencing. The instrument voices are all Yamaha's FM synthesis (similar to the DX-7) and the drums are actual samples which Yamaha called FAM technology at the time.
