Yamaha MX-460 amp - good -bad -or ugly?

Iv'e got a line on a Yamaha MX-460 amp. Their asking $75 for it? Good amp? Bad amp? Good price?

It had a MSRP of $350 in 1992, 2 x 80W.

It can't be BAD...no way. Seriously - I have yet to hear a Yamaha product that sounded bad or even average - all the Yamaha gear I've heard so far was very good to excellent, and over the past few months I must say I've become sort of a "natural sound" fan.

Ugly? Well, it has no meters, but...

You can find the manual here. Judging from the specs, it should be at least half-decent. 75 bucks seems a bargain to me.
