Yamaha r-2000

Sam

Are you talking about an output transistor? If so, you might get the part number off of the R-2000 schematic. Yamaha still has service manuals for many of their older models. And they have service centers. If they don't have the part you might be able to cross reference it to a replacement part. Here is a source of transistors that I have used before that has a lot of stock and a great catalog.

Quoting one of our members (Merrylander) off another thread about Yamaha parts.

" ... if you call their [Yamaha's] parts dept (714-522-9888) they could tell you and they may even have the lamps in stock. That is a California number so time it accordingly."
