Yaqin MC 10L Chinese tube amp

Hi ... I'm new to both these forums as well as the MC 10L amp. It sounds pretty good right out of the box, but I'm sure some different tubes would likely help. I also have an ST70. I recently bought some reissue Gold Lion KT66's for use in the Dynaco, but haven't gotten around to installing them. I'm wondering if these might be compatible and worth trying in the Yaqin. Any thoughts,suggestions are welcome.

I would let the MC10L "settle in" before you try tube swapping. Just let the tubes burn in for a bit to be sure you feel you want to improve it. If you do feel that you want to make a change, some folks have recommended the Russian Svetlana EL34 tubes.
