I bought a Dual 1225 back around 1972 to go with my new state-of-the-ark Marantz Quadraphonic receiver. I remember getting chills thinking how unbelievably cool this system was. I desperately wanted JBL Century 100 speakers for the system, but no way could I afford them. Started with a pair of homemade guitar speaker cabinets (woofers only!!) and eventually got a pair of Ohm L's. Hadn't thought about them for a while now... Still have the turntable and the speakers, but now all that would need to be restored.
