I've been looking through some schematics and came across something that confused me.
In some voltage regulator circuits the zener diode is marked as a MZ-320 which I looked up and turns out to be a 20V Zener diode.
The circuit in question is a 31V regulator. On the parts list it says the diode can be either a MZ-320 or a WZ-320. The WZ is a 33V Zener and makes sense but the MZ is 20...
Did the MZ-320 specs change or is this a typo? :scratch2:
