Teac RCA cables, anyone?

I've got bunches and bunches of Teac RCA cables, that came with decks, etc, and I really like them, for being a 30 year old cable...they're still flexible, and when clean, provide a quite solid connection. I have two versions...one that's completely separate, and one that is together, that looks a bit like think zip cord...but it isn't.

I too have some. One pair came with an 80s cassette deck and the other with a Portastudio. Both benefited greatly from a clean toothbrush/isopropyl detox bath. They sound fine to me,,, no obvious sonic flaws that I can discern.

yeah, all the ones I have in use I have cleaned thoroughly, and they sound just fine....kinda like they don't have a sound whatsoever. They just pass a signal.

I had problems with some of my older cables - intermittent crackling noises that you could control by shaking the cord.

But this type sounds best with my vintage McIntosh equipment!

A lot of mine feel like Belden, and a teac branded bundle of 8 wires was made by belden...feels like the same cable.
