What's Pioneer in your rig?

Well, lets see
SX-1980
PL-200
CT-F950
CT-F750
SG-9800 EQ and a
RT-707

I think thats about it but I'm eyeing a PL-7 turntable too

Long term collector but I've been doing some serious weeding out this past year.
Currently I am running:
SX-1250 Receiver
SG-9500 Equalizer
RG-2 Dynamic Processor
SR-303 Reverb
SP-101 Surround Processor
MA-100 Multimixing Amplifier
TVX-9500 TV Sound Tuner
DT-500 Timer
RC-760 Remote Control Center
P-D70 CD Player
CT-F9191 Cassette Player
HR-100 8 Track Player-Recorder
RT-1020 Reel to Reel
PL-570 Turntable
(4) HPM-100 Speakers, 100 watt versions
(4) HPM-100 Speakers, 200 watt versions
Various vintage Pioneer headphones, including the pretty one.

As mentioned in the introduction section, I joined this forum to get some info about my old (and much cherished) stereo system, a Pioneer Prelude 600, bought way back in 1976.

The amp is an SA-5300, the turntable is an SPL-110, and the speakers are SCS-12.

I also added a Pioneer tuner, TX-5300, bought off ebay a few weeks ago. I've read a few reviews and it's not the greatest tuners, but it matches my system as the case is exactly the same as the amp; same dials and everything, so it matches quite well.

Pioneer in my collection:
SM-83
PL-31D
HPM-100s

Based on the performance of these, I'm always on the lookout for more!

My Man Cave System

Hello All, Newby here my system consist of the following

Sansui 909db
Poineer HPM-100's
Pioneer SG-9800 EQ
Nakamichi BX-300 Tape Deck
42' VIZIO Flat Panel

Re-discovered vintage Pioneer

Hi from the UK.
After almost 20 years being stored and carried from home to home, I'm now using my PL-570 TT and SX-650 receiver (with some IMF Super Compact 2 speakers) . :D
I'd forgotten how good these sound; now I'm debating some minor restoration work if I can find somewhere to put them. :scratch2:

More-modern .... I'm considering a Pio LX home cinema receiver when I've saved up enough for an Oppo blu-ray and M&K speakers to upgrade my current Denon amp, Onkyo DVD & Jamo's. :thmbsp:

Just want to say great forum, I can’t say how excited I was to find there is a forum dedicated to Pioneer hi-fi

DV-444S

I love this little DVD player brought it from new, I was told that it was one of the first DVD players to have a GUI for mp3’s ,not sure if this is true ?

PD-S904
A300R

Also had these from new, I love the 904 and it’s outlasted many other systems I’ve had.

A-Z960M
PD-Z960M

Brought these recently as an impulse buy on eBay, a classic piece of pioneer black death from the early 90’s.wanted one of these since I was a kid and I have now got it hooked up though some new TDL studio 10’s, they can be quite heavy on the bass but this makes it great fun and I really enjoy listing to this system!

SX-535

Recently brought this on looks alone, but I’m amazed at its performance for such an old piece of equipment! Being used daily in the bedroom (or should that be nightly!)

Just took possession of a rig my brother gave me.
He's had these since new (prob early 90s) and according to him cost around £1100

F-Z570L Digital Synthesizer Tuner
A-Z370 Amplifier
GR-Z370 Graphic Equalizer
CT-Z370WR Twin Cassette Deck
PD-Z970M Multiplay Compact Disc Player
S-Z370 3 Way Speaker System
S-X7A Surround Speaker System

I'm now looking to add to this set up with the following (maybe)

SP-Z570 Sound Field Processor
CLD-M90 CD CDV/LD Player

Pioneer TX-7500 tuner.

Pioneer PDP-5080 plasma upstairs in HT.

Pioneer BDP-51FD player downstairs in 2ch analog setup for all my movies and CDs.

Amp is SA-5300, turntable is SPL-110, speakers are SCS-12, and just got a TX-5300. Turntable and speakers owned since new...1976.

My pioneer's

The heart of my system is a SX-1010.
And it is combined with a CT-F7171

Just love the design on the 1973-74-75 's

Pictures are on the way

Pioneer Elite integrated amp

Pioneer Elite A-35R integrated amp (Model A209 in UK)
4 ohm stable amp, 45wpc @ 8 ohms, 65wpc @ 4 ohms
Mosfet amp section
5 audio inputs, plus MM phono input

Great little integrated w/ a smooth tube-like sound that allows music to flow through. Enjoyable to listen to.
