No you don't have to worry. I'm not 100% sure what N stands for but I guess it can be extended frequency.

My friend Finlay drooped off that receiver like a year ago. We just went to my local electronics store for replacement parts. Not Rat Shack. Sorry I cant remember what part # or anything with the N. I have used the Sansui Parts shop with great results. Pete After seeing the Final layout in the G-7500 I sure had an appreciation for the layout design in 9090 or some of the other Sansui's. Later Rick

These Toshibas are fairly high frequency, 30MHz. Nice transistors for sure and cheap as EW pointed out, but are they too fast for this application?
