i bought one this weekend. it replaced my onkyo. all i have read on this unit is true. thanx for all who have given this item a 2 thumbs up, or i might have passed on it. i reccomend.

Glad to hear that you're enjoying your new C2 Basic! I love mine! I bought mine as a quick and inexpensive way to pull together a second system from my extra gear. My jaw dropped when I got it into the system and started listening to it. Wow! My AR/Shure combination sounded wonderful through it, so I gave the Linn/Benz combination a try and it's been there ever since. I guess I liked it?! :yes: Great little preamp!

Isn't that phono stage great?! I'm listening to my Linn LP12 with the Benz Micro Gold through it right now and it sounds wonderful! I hope you enjoy yours as much as I enjoy mine!

Kenwood Basic C1's are just as tasty. Mine continues giving great sound and I just like the looks.

The Basic series provides some really nice sound and very reasonable prices.
