Change from U.S tuning to European tuning?

Got a Yamaha T-60 tuner. Simple and good, very good sound, but one problem though: the tuning is up to US scale, where what I need is European scale. So for example, if I need to tune to 103 FM - I cant. It will only tune to 102.9 or 103.1.

Can I change that>

How?

Is there a Yamaha chip I can replace, or is it impossible?

There might be a switch inside to change it. Have you popped the cover?

I did. Did not see anything, perhaps I am missing something?

I wonder if you could find the service manual and compare the component values between the US and EU versions to see what's up...

Yow! You might want to post a dialup warning for those pix! Great but huge.

I have the .pdf of the Owner's Manual. No mention of any way to change the stepping.
Manual mentions that there are two models:
1. USA, Canada, UK, general
2. Australia and Europe

So far, I am unable to find a downloadable service manual.

Sory for the size problem guys .

I have not been able to find a service manual either. Is there anything in the owners manual to suggest that perhaps a combination of buttons may switch the problem?
