That's A BFC brand...Big Freakin' Console.
Looks like a tube tuner and amp or pre amp,and slots for L.P's along the bottom. :scratch2: No idea on the manufacturer

I can't find a picture on google right now for comparison, but this looks kinda like the humongous mono console Bell & Howell madein the 50's . . .

any better pictures ?

I think you're right about the "mono" part ..... looks like the speaker cabinet would have been on the left side of the unit?

It's the only pic I have. Do you think those could be Fisher components in there?

I'm trying to get more info from the seller but email replies are extremely slow.

I donno either but if it is tube, who in their right mind would pack 'em into the top like that with no heat vents. My eyes are shot and can't make out much in the pic but I'm betting it's a custom unit with SS gear.

[edit] oh oh, and by the looks of it are those tambour (roll back) doors? Kinda looks that way as if they are pulled back around each side when open and pull to the center to closed. If so I'm thinking maybe Barzilay... and that would be a cool find.
