MC-30 Inside photos?

I am moving along with the rebuild of 2 MC30 chassis. I have pulled one apart and am beginning to populate the board with resistors. I have the other unit that I can refer to, but some photos of others units would be a great help. I have the resistors all figured out, but I could use a photo showing the backside with all the wires in place. Another with the caps in place would also help greatly.
I got the instruction manual for the Mackit30, but the board has slightly different wiring so I can't use it as a step-by-step guide. I need to replace all the wires from the board and then install the caps. Is turning out to be a cool project. John

Ok, here's one of mine from the resistor side. I have some pics of the cap side but I really don't think they'll help with wiring as you just can see what goes where. I think this is schematic 15329+. Some great pics and drawings in Redboy's thread above.

Nice pix John! Talked with Dave today and we both agreed that you are definitely the right man for this job....

Keep up the good work....:thmbsp:

Looking good so far! Man, going into the transformers like that would scare the bejeebies out of me! You're a braver man than I...

I'm looking forward to seeing more.

I was quite scared to do it, but I saw no other way. It was actually much easier than I was expecting. The hardest part was removing the old tar without damaging any wires. Was time consuming and took about 100 q-tips with thinner to clean it up. Then after I applied the new tar outside, the smell was pretty strong on the garage. My wife asked "What are you smoking out there?"

Here are some photos of my completed board. You may see that I used a slightly bigger gauge of wire. This required me drilling small holes next to the terminals for some caps. Eh, it works fine. I also made a pdf showing all the wires and where they go. Made it much easier to install the board with new wires. I have quadruple checked it and made fixes so I think it is right. Some colors may vary for the wires. John

Make sure you check out the PDF if you are restoring an MC-30

Nice work sloober! Your kind works definitely will make others (including me:D) restoring an MC30 easier...though I am still searching for the new chassis for mine pair :sigh:

I love my mc30s. I'm listening to Kenny Burrell on my mc30s (via a new set of PSB Imagine Ts - not bad).
