Well, there really would be no point to use biwire cables on speakers that are not biwire capable, although technically it should work fine. Just be sure to tape up the unused connections so you don't short out the amp.

If they're spades, you might as well use both sets on the speaker end. Just double them up on the terminal post. If they are bananas, definitely tape up the unused ones before you turn the amp on or you're asking for potentially serious trouble.
Some bi-wires cables have a larger guage pair and a smaller gauge pair in the same casing. If this is the case with yours, use the larger pair.
