actually my Doctor has mentioned Medical Marijuana while I go through my latest treatments but I think I left my pot days back in the 70's LOL

but thanks for taking the time to write ,I was given 6months to live about 11 years ago so I always beat the odds.
and I will beat the latest issue keeping a positive attitude has gotten Me this far ,plus my Wife who is always there no matter what happens is worth more than any treatment ,
She is the reason I will always keep fighting.:thmbsp:

I saw that goinslow tried to call me but used our fax machine number this morning,
I wrote him again and gave the proper number and I am writing this here because I think for some reason He is not getting my messages .

Just a thought. Can you not turn over this thread and your e-bay auction to the police department in his area? I would think this would be considered theft, and depending on the price, maybe grand theft?

Police don't like thieves living in their neighborhoods, especially when there is proof like this.. Especially when the member was on here two days ago as his profile shows... Seems he knows what he's done...
 
I can't believe what I just read and as similost stated he logged in this past Sunday morning. :thumbsdn: I better not say whats really on my mind, but hope that this gets resolved quickly!

Turbomustang, I admire your patience dealing with this member. If you need any assistance, myself and I'm sure other PNW members would be more than happy to assist with getting your gear. :yes:

Picked up the gear today. Receiver is a Sansui 8900zdb. Turntable Technics SL-1600. Speakers are Kenwood KL-888X. Tested and working. The turntable works, but has a broken AT stylus. It holds speed, arm lifts up and down. Receiver lights all work. Aux input works as does the tuner. The controls will need a deoxit cleaning. The balance control seems to be the worst, when adjusting cuts out, but to be expected. Sound is clear when put back to even. Also noticed the right input for Aux will cut out some when you wiggle the rca cable. Speakers are hooked up, and all drivers functioning. Cosmetics are: Sansui 8/10 some scuffs on case, and a couple scuffs on the top edge of metal trim. Speakers are in 8+/10 with just the bottoms having scuffs. Turntable: 9/10 Dustcover excellent as is the body. Only issue as mentioned is the missing stylus. Both the receiver and speakers come with original owners manuals. Stock pics of the gear.

my opinion on this is there is very little I can do as I have much more on my mind than this.
I do appreciate all the support I have gotten from members here it really means a lot.

really what bothers me is the pic on ebay was so small and no one really knew what it was but for once I did,
and I got it for much less than I thought it would go for.and it was one of the biggest bargains and it just flew the coupe.lol

but thanks to all of you .
this site is full of honest caring people and one small bump in the road will not get me down:D
 
I noticed that he again logged in at 9:09 P.M. last night. He did not post anything, but I am sure that he could not have missed the messages others have left on his profile over this.

It is now approaching two months since he picked this gear up. I had hoped that this issue would have been moving towards a resolution by now, especially since visitor messages left by nosirrah, USA Soccer, pfcs49, and botrytis on his profile and negative feedback by turbomustang have focused some attention on it. The last by Nosirrah has offered him assistance in clearing this matter up. My offer still stands as well, though I'm not as close as others in the Puget Sound area, I too would be willing to meet and pickup turbomustang's gear.

His inaction on this is troubling and actions early on look to be deceitful. He apparently told turbomustang that he would be gone over the holidays, yet it appears he was still perusing local CraigList ads and posting his finds here. A pair of Speakers on 12/26 and a Denon DCD-1420 on 12/27, of which is posted in a photo he posted in the Pics of your listening space thread on 12/28. It also looks like he had plenty of opportunity to correspond with turbomustang, as he was able to post 23 times up until his current lurker mode.

Lets hope that he either resolves this on his own, or contacts another AKer to help to facilitate closure on this.

He has broken the law. Can a third party inform the police that a theft has occurred, or does it need to be the injured party?
