Yeah, I know it's not rocket science but there are many variations around the country, I'm sure. So, I'd love to hear what you guys (and gals) use in your home snow ice cream as we are getting quite the downfall for central Arkansas. Plus, I haven't made the stuff in a long time so......

Let 'em roll!

I just use whole milk, vanilla, sugar and enuf snow to make it the thickness I want.

It seems to make me run to the bathroom later. Hmmmmmmmm.

I've seen Mennonite drizzle maple syrup (real) in the snow. It almost turns to candy.

Which gets me on another of my food topics... Maple syrup. Mmmmmmmmmmmm. Vanillla ice cream with maple syrup on it.................

Better than Frank Zappa's recipe!

We always use Sweetened Condensed Milk (from a can), Vanilla flavoring and then sugar to taste.

I think that's what we did in nursery school....... yup, I can remember back that far..... sort of. I don't recall actually eating or making it, just that we did.
