Need Power Cord for QR-6500

I picked up this receiver in a lot I purchased and it came without a power cord. I've tried using cords that I have lying around and I even purchased a Roland power cord to see if that would work but it did not.

Can someone tell me if a compatible cord is still available - aside from waiting for one to appear on that auction site - and, if so, where?

there is a plug that fits ..i have one some-place ...if it turns up i will tell you the part number .. its not the correct one but it fits and works just fine ..

finally found a plug ..but no part number on it .. its basically similar to a figure 8 plug but only has one cut-out on the side and holes spaced closer to each other and possibly larger holes .

Here is what I did until I found a power cord.

Take one that wont fit because it's too wide, cut a slit down the center, between the two round female connections, with a hacksaw, then it should fit.

Worked for me, twice.

You can squeeze it together to make the holes closer together.

It took me a very long time to find an original cord for my Eight.
