Top this! Pioneer PD-7100 circa 1988 /with ball bearing tray loader mech, burr brown pcm56D (dual mirrored dac's) just badass IMO, and sounds like it looks! peace

this really irritates me, I get the camera out, and take a pic, and hope for responses, all I get is this argyle guy all pissy n ****. Now my cdp sits alone, and this thread sux WTF!!!!

It's all good...give it time and others will post pics...Sundays are kind of a slow, lazy day round these parts. Also you can try to post pics of your CDP in the digital forums as well....

anyone got any cool pioneer's that are kinda rare? share them... all I see around these parts is the mass market cheap 6 disc ones. anyone?
I don't think he meant it as coming across pissy toward you. Nearly everyone in this thread is not a big fan of 1970s guy who comes across a troll in 9 out of 10 posts.

Marantz CD 67, Still going strong, Was modified in 2004. Very solid, Great bass/treble, Very detailed. One of the pieces I'll never get rid off.

I can think of a few Audio Sites where 1970's enthusiasm would certainly liven things up, if for no other reason than to allow for some badly needed post traffic.
In all honesty, however, I can´t help feeling his topics are just useless in a place like AK.
