I would like to split the preout on my sansui au 11000 to drive 2 stereo amps
or 4 mono as well as the amps in the sansui so a y adapter on the pre out
but i am not sure if this is to much for the preamp :scratch2:

Generally, it will work fine and not cause any problems. I say "generally" because someone almost certainly will mention the rare exception but in most cases it works perfectly fine.

Go for it. You're good to go.

I use an Audiocontrol Richter Scale III to split the outputs in my family room. Are you trying to provide full frequencies to all amps or is a subwoofer involved?

Ive used my preamp with four amps. With no problems , Even at loud volumes for the past 1.8 to 2.6 yrs with no problems.

I would like to add 2 more amps, but i have no place to rest them on... I just may get to it someday...:D

To really get even with the neighbors and there goll darn barking dogs all night long..:D
