I'll +1 Bowtie's recommendation - that looks to be one of the lower priced Integra amplifiers. For me, I value surround equipment based on the technology that it has available, then the wattage and features. Anything that's not at least Pro-Logic II is too dated in my book, perfectly suitable for stereo if you want a newer remote controlled amp but Pro-Logic II is far superior in surround and receivers can be found with it for not too much. I have a Sony STR-DA3000 ES receiver I picked up for $50 - too old to have HDMI but Pro-Logic II, DTS Neo 6, and all that jazz. I've seen some of the newer H/K's with the blue ring volume knob for $60-$75 and IMO that would be a better spending of your money.
