Finished it up after choosing a design, and here it is!

It was a few hours of work... The hardest part was attaching the copper rings, next time I might try attaching one end and then bending it or disassembling the switch first. I didn't realize how easy it wasto take apart until I had to do it to remove some stop pins. Out of the box there is a ring with tabs you have to remove to get the switch to rotate more then two clicks.
 
Well

To bend the whole thing I used a Cumin spice bottle :D For the loops on the end for the ground connections I used these pliers my wife has for making jewery. The ends are rounded for bending things around, they get thicker for different sized bends.
