I recently purchased a very nice Sansui TA-500 from Michael , unfortunately UPS was not nice to the receiver , I contacted him and sent photo's of the damage , I feel Michael really did a great job taking care of the situation , he immediately filed a claim and it was resolved fast , money has been refunded to him by UPS and he has refunded me , yet another great AKer . Thank you for all your extra effort to take care of this .
