This is a totally noob question but is it possible? I have two monoblocks that uses 6f2 as driver tubes and some russian 6n3's.

No.
6n3 is a dual triode
ECF82 is a penthode/triode.
There is no shorrtage of ecf82 ( or 6u8 ), no need to seek alternatives.

@Tom Bavis says the 6F2 is at least similar to the 6U8 and (thus) 6GH8.

These tubes are a medium mu triode and a sharp-cutoff pentode in a single envelope.

Whether ia 6U8 or its kin is utterly and universally interchangable with the 6F2, I dunno.
6F2 is not listed at TDSL http://tdsl.duncanamps.com/tubesearch.php nor is it mentioned at Brent Jessee's site http://www.audiotubes.com/chinese.htm

The big question (in terms of sourcing a substitute or workaround for the 6F2) will be whether one or both sections are used in the circuit. If only one section is used, which? In any case, what are the operating points? I'd also check the filament current draw of the 6F2 vs. the 6U8 (to make sure the filament supply isn't going to be overburdened).

If a 6U8 (etc.) works in the circuit, great. If not, it might be possible to revise the circuit and/or "just" to rewire the socket to use a different tube. Actually, it should be possible ;) but it might not be worth the effort!

ECF82 / 6U8 do work in place of 6F2, no rewiring or adoptation needed !

Thank you for all the replies. The whole purpose of doing this is because I had some 6N3 tubes. Now I gave up that idea. I feel like the tubes I have in my amps don't sound good...! Bass is pretty weak, I tried it with three different speaker sets and still the bass is weak. It's difficult to figure out what brand of tubes are on them because they have no letters or numbers on them.

Any alternative tubes which could give better bass...? something like 6F2 mullar variant?

1) The "weak bass" may be inherent in the design, or a function of ancillary components, e.g., a source vs. load impedance mismatch with your preamp or source component -- why do you suspect it is the tubes?
2) Why not use a 6U8 or a 6GH8, based on the feedback you've received already?

No there is no "6F2 mullar[d] variant" per se.

The tubes has no blame in lacking bass, it's the dimensioning of components and transformers.
